  3. Hey! This has nothing to do with cooking – I just saw your comment on my blog! :)
I’m glad you stumbled across my blog and liked it! Very happy, indeed.

I do love the head and the heart. They’re a very talented bunch. That’s so great that your brother directed their video! Wow, I can’t wait for the day someone does that for me :O

    Cheers!

  4. Haha, Gwyneth throwing the lemon (?) into the salad made me laugh. Do you think this meal would work on a charcoal grill? It looks really tasty and I’d like to try it sometime!

  6. Kristen, Yes. You can definitely do it on a charcoal grill (I actually prefer charcoal most of the time). Just make sure the chicken isn’t over direct heat, let the coal heat up the grill nice and hot then carefully move them to the outside of the grill in a large ring. If the chicken is over direct heat the fat will drip down and flare up and your chicken will burn or get all funky and smokey. The grilled kale doesn’t need too much heat so it should be fine with the leftover charcoal but you may find you need to add more. =) Happy cooking.
