We've had a heat wave around here. I have to admit I'm ready for the cold winy days of fall to come to stay for a while but until that happens we're enjoying the long extended summer. Usually this time of year means rain on the windows, cozy socks and lots of hot chocolate. But this September and now running into October we're enjoying warm evening walks and barefeet. I've been throwing on easy dresses, rompers and sandals in an effort to get a bit more wear out of my favorite summer things before they get locked up for the winter.
